Search: "Search Provider" section has a scrollbar when it is not needed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create/open any project
2. Click the "Global Search" button (Command + K)
3. Click the "Open Inspector" button in the "Search" window
4. Enter the "Test" string into the search input field
5. Save the provided results in the project section
6. Observe the "Search Provider" section. It has a scrollbar as it displays results
7. Click "X" in the search input field
8. Verify that the "Test" string is removed and the "Search Provider" section is empty.

Expected Result: The Scrollbar should be hidden.

Actual Result: Scrollbar is still visible. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a15 (FAV), 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b9, 2023.3.0a5

Not Reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.0a14.
