Added support for Android's AAudio engine, so on Android 8.1 and later, Unity Audio is now layered over AAudio. This fixes 4 audio bugs, related to built-in stereo speaker output, built-in vs. Bluetooth microphone selection, Microphone.Start and Microphone.Stop CPU spikes, and low-latency audio output.
This is an Android OpenSL bug that only shows up on some devices. We've worked around this bug in Unity 2023.1 by implementing Android AAudio support, which works on Android 8.1 and later (which is currently 85-90% of Android devices). We are not planning to back-port this change because it is new functionality and it is risky. AAudio has its own set of challenges and we are focusing on making it as robust as possible as 2023.1 matures. One work-around is to not allow Landscape Right in the player settings.

Canceling this port since 2021.2 is not a supported version anymore. There is also another port opened to track 2021.3 which is the supported version.
2019.4 LTS has reached end-of-life. This port is cancelled.
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Mobile-Audio-Test-Suite.zip" project
2. Set target platform to Android
3. Make sure Orientation is set to Landscape Right
4. Build & run on the device
5. Press the "Begin" button
6. Drag Stereo Pan slider to the left side
Expected result: Audio plays from the left side of the phone
Actual result: Audio plays from the right side of the phone
