Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-125675“ project
2. In the Android device, install any non-latin alphabet(ex.: Korean) input language
3. Build and Run the Android Player
4. Connect an external keyboard to the Android device
5. In the Player, click on the Input field
6. Using the external keyboard, try the language-switching shortcut (Ctrl + Space or Alt + Shift)
Actual result: The Android UI shows the language switch, but the keyboard input is still using Latin characters
Expected result: The Android UI shows the language switch and the keyboard input is Korean
Reproducible on: 6000.0.42f1, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Not Reproducible on: 2022.3.69f1, 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.41f1
