Reproduction steps
1. Open the attached user's project from the Google Drive link "TestVR Crash.zip"
2. Make sure that Vulkan is selected as the Graphics API, OpenXR as the XR plug-in and Graphics Jobs are enabled
3. Switch to Android Platform and Build for Quest 1/2
Expected: App doesn't crash
Actual: app crashes with Graphics Jobs enabled using Vulkan
Reproducible on: 2021.3.16f1
Not reproducible on: 2020.3.43f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a23
