Outdated packages in the Mixed Reality template when creating a new project

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Mixed Reality template
2. Observe the Project Validation popup in the Project Settings window

Actual results: Warnings are shown for outdated packages

Expected results: No warnings or errors are shown

Reproducible with versions: 2.1.0 (6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7)

Not reproducible with versions: 2.1.0 (6000.0.44f1)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.3, Ubuntu 22.04
