How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_23247”
2. Open “TestScene” in Scenes
3. In Hierarchy select “New Sub Scene“ Scene
4. In Inspector press “Open”
5. Drag and drop “New VFX” Visual Effect Graph to “New Sub Scene” in the Hierarchy
6. Repeat step 3 and in the Inspector press “Save”
Expected result: editor doesn’t crash
Actual result: editor crashes
Reproducible with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a15, 2022.2.0b15), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a20)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.8 (2021.3.14f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.23f1), 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a14), 14.0.4 (2022.2.0f1)
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.42f1 (compiler errors)
