Shader Graph Forums link leads to generic Unity Forums

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Shader Graph in a project.
2. On the top Right of the Shader Graph window, click the ▼ icon > Shader Graph Forums

Actual results: https://discussions.unity.com/c/unity-engine/52 opens

Expected results: https://discussions.unity.com/tag/Shader-Graph, or something ShaderGraph specific opens

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.23f1, 2023.3.0b10

Can't test with versions:

• 2023.1, 2022.3 - Could not find this menu option
• 2021.3 - not supported on Ubuntu 24.04

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• Did not extensively regression test as this seems to be a new menu option. Please contact ticket reporter if further testing is useful.
