How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-138898_URP Test.zip" project
2. In the Project tab, find the "Fireball-6 Way (Texture2DArray)" Visual Effects Graph
3. Double-click on the Visual Effects Graph to open it
4. In the opened Visual Effects Graph, find the "Initialize Particle" node
5. Try to move the "Initialize Particle" node
6. Observe the node’s movement
Actual result: The node either doesn't move or occasionally snaps to where it was moved and returns back
Expected result: The node can be moved without issues
Reproducible with: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.0a1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b2, 6000.6.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Deleting the "Multiply (Vector3)" subnode or removing the connection from it to the "Set Velocity" subnode in "Initialize Particle" fixes the issue
