How to reproduce:
1. Open the project from comments or create a project and set up "Terrain Tools"
2. Enter Scene "SampleScene"
3. Create and/or select a Terrain GameObject
4. Observe in Inspector the "Strength" value and "Opacity" in Brush Attributes in Scene View
Actual result: Strength and Opacity are used as the same Value
Expected result: It should be either Strength or Opacity, although Opacity makes sense for operations like "Paint Texture" and Strength for "Raise or lower terrain"
