'My Assets' filters dropdown height not dynamic (expand/collapse items)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open or create a project
2. Go to "Window" ->"Package Management" -> "Package Manager"
3. Select the "My Assets" section
4. Click "Filters"
5. Collapse the "Categories" section
6. Observe the section
7. Collapse the "Status" section
8. Observe the section

Actual results: The filters section doesn't collapse. A short video is added below in the "Attachments' section.

Expected results: It should collapse. Behaviour should be consistent with other Unity.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b1, 6000.0.32f1, 2022.3.55f1.

Not reproducible with versions: -
