Game View toolbar dropdowns open at different positions when different elements are selected in the dropdown

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the "Display 1" dropdown in the Game View toolbar
3. Observe the dropdown position
4. Select the "Display 8" option in the dropdown
5. Open the "Display 8" dropdown
6. repeat step 3

Actual results: The dropdown is opened in a different position

Expected results: The dropdown is opened in the same position 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.1f1, 6000.3.0a5

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
