“Uncategorized” category is not displayed in the "Create new VFX Asset" window "Search -> Category" list

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Install the "Visual Effect Graph" package
3. Open the "Create new VFX Asset" window (Project window > Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph)
4.  Install Learning Templates
5. Open the "Create new VFX Asset" window one more time
6. Select the “Firework" template and click the "Create" button
7. Select the newly created VFX Asset in the "Project" window
8. Check "Use as Template" in the Inspector "Template Info"  section
9. Leave all the fields empty and save
10. Open the “Create new VFX Asset” window again
11. Verify that the template with the default name and default description is displayed under the “Uncategorized” category
12. Go to the Search field and click “+”
13. From the list, select the “Category” item
14. Observe the list

Actual results: “Uncategorized”  item is not listed 

Expected results: “Uncategorized”  item should be in the "Category" list

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a5

Can’t test with versions: 6000.4.0b4 as search functionality is available only in U6.5

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2
