Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project
Create a new Unity Default Runtime Theme (Create > UI Toolkit > Unity Default Runtime Theme File)
Rename the newly created file to a longer title
Open UI Builder (Window > UI Toolkit > UI Builder)
Dock it next to the "Game" view
Select the newly created project theme in the UI Builder themes drop-down
Observe all the toolbar

Actual results: "Preview" and kebab menu option become inaccessible

Expected results: Long theme names should be truncated,d and it should help to keep all toolbar items accessible

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2
