Outputs from camera stack override each other when using OpenGLES3 with a custom renderer feature

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-141460” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Game view

Actual result: The screen is rendered black with a cube in the middle
Expected result: The background is blue with a plane and cube objects in the middle

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b1, 6000.0.74ff1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

• Does not reproduce on DX11, DX12 or Vulkan APIs
