Addressable Asset Settings link to the documentation isn’t working

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Install Addressables package
3. Make sure Addressables Setings are created and open Addressable Asset Settings (Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Settings)
4. Click on question mark icon on the top in the Inspector

Actual result: “Sorry... that page seems to be missing!” Page is opened
Expected result: Addressable Asset Settings documentation page opens or there’s no question mark icon in the Inspector
