How to reproduce:
1. Install Unity Hub (Arm64)
2. Open Unity Hub
3. Observe the result
Actual result: Unity Hub fails to start and a “Failed to start app” error is thrown in the info-log.json file
Expected result: Unity Hub starts successfully
Reproducible with: 3.18.0
Reproducible on: Windows 11 (Arm64)
Not reproducible on: macOS (M4) (26.5), Windows 11 (x64)
