How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN-25141" project
TomasD: The project has Input Handling set to Both in Player Settings, this is incorrect, since it can cause conflicts between two input systems, please change to New Input System, before building
2. Connect the mobile device
3. Press File -> Build And Run (make sure your connected device is selected in “Run Device”)
4. Open the Command Prompt
5. In the Command Prompt type "adb shell input tap 300 300" and press Enter
6. In the Command Prompt type “adb shell monkey -p com.DefaultCompany.TestInputSys 100” and press Enter
7. Observe the device screen
Expected result: device screen blinks in red color
Actual result: device screen doesn't blink
