Search: "Add column" and "Reset" or just "Reset' icon is displayed multiple times

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create/open any project
2. Click the "Global Search" button (Command + K) or open it from the menu
3. Close it
4. And open it again
5. Observe the "Add column" and "Reset" or just "Reset" icons

Expected Result: Only one "Add column" and/or "Reset" icon should be displayed during the loading

Actual Result: Three "Add column" and /or "Reset" icons are displayed during the loading. Added screenshot and video in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a15 (FAV), 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0a2, 2023.3.0b1.

Not Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.1.0a14.
