Render Pipeline Converter Documentation is missing

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Open Render Pipeline Converter window (Window > Rendering > Render Pipeline Converter)
3. Press ? mark on the right sides of Rendering Settings and Animation Clip
4. They will open Documentation

Actual result: ** opens unity documentation with a working link
Expected result: ** missing documentation
