1.7.0 onwards

Thank you for reporting a bug to Unity. We have investigated the issue but were unable to reproduce it with the information provided. The bug does not occur when using Deployment package with version 1.7.2, and Editors 6000.5.0b7/6000.5.0b9 We will close this case for now. If you're able to share additional details such as different projects, steps, hardware/software configuration, or logs - please let us know, and we'll be happy to re-evaluate.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any Project
Install the Deployment Services Package from the Package Manager
From the Package Manager download any Sample from the Deployment Services page and import it

Actual results:

Package Manager UI does not track the Sample as being imported, Error is logged in Console:

"InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements"

Expected results: No errors when importing Samples

Reproducible with versions: 1.7.0 (6000.5.0a5)

Not reproducible with versions: 1.6.2 (6000.5.0a5)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
