Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "VirtualWebCam.zip"
2. Install OBS and start the Virtual Camera once
3. Go to Registry Editor, ctrl+f and locate "Virtual Camera"
4. Make sure it's related to OBS and delete the FriendlyName entry
5. Enter Play Mode
Expected Results: Editor doesn't crash
Actual Results: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0a6, 6000.2.0b2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.52f1, 6000.2.0a5
