6000.0.46f1 onwards

Unable to repro this on 6.0 and also doesn't repro on 6.3 Tested with Nvidia 3080 GPU + Vulkan + 2-3min run of each: Build Player 6000.0.62f1 > No Crash of Editor or Player Build Player 6000.0.64f1 > No Crash of Editor or Player Tested above with both fullscreen as well as windowed mode, no crash on either. Tested with AMD 6800m + Vulkan + 2-3min run : Build Player 6000.0.64f1 > No Crash Player

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-118554” project
2. Navigate to File > Build Profiles
3. Open the Windows Platform and press “Build”
4. Open the built project and keep the window focused
5. Wait for ~1 - 2 minutes
6. Observe the crash

Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.5f1
Fixed in: 6000.2.6f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.3.1f1
Could not test with: 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3 (could not solve package errors)

Reproduced on: Windows 10 (user reported), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: Does not reproduce with DX11, DX12 or OpenGLES
