“Attempting to upload graphics texture in invalid state” error is thrown when entering Play mode with a WebCam

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached project "webcamTest"
2. Open Scenes > SampleScene
3. Enter Play mode

Expected result: The Cube shows the camera’s view
Actual result: Error “Attempting to upload graphics texture in invalid state” thrown in the Console
