Custom Post Process Orders dropdown is unstructured and unsearchable when adding a custom pass in Global Settings

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached “IN-141356_My Project“ project
2. Navigate to Edit > Project settings > Graphics
3. Locate the Custom Post Process Order > After Post Process
4. Press the plus sign
5. Observe the dropdown list

Actual result: The dropdown displays a flat, uncategorized, and unsearchable list of all custom passes in the project
Expected result: The dropdown uses Unity's AdvancedDropdown control (similar to the "Add Override" menu on Scene Volumes), displaying passes in their designated categorized folders and providing a search bar at the top

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a1, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.5f1, 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a4
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1 (No such feature)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:

• In larger projects or projects utilizing multiple packages with custom passes, this list becomes overwhelmingly long
• The lack of a search bar makes this especially tedious on smaller screens where the entire list cannot be displayed at once
