How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "hdrpET(1)"
2. Open the "OutdoorsScene" scene
3. Open the Game View and make sure the "Cube" GameObject is seen there
4. In the Project window, select the "New Material" Asset
5. In the Inspector, change the "Surface Type" to "Transparent" and then back to "Opaque"
6. Observe the Game view
Expected results: The Material is displayed as it is after recompilation
Actual results: The Material is shown with white outlines which are gradually disappearing until the Material is shown correctly
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
