Blackboard: Delete function does not work in the "Attributes" or "Properties" sections

How to reproduce:

1. Open HUB;
2. Create 3D(HDRP) project;
3. Create a visual effect graph in the "Project" window  (Create->Visual Effects-> Visual Effect Graph);
4. Select "Minimal System" in "Create New VFX Asset" and click "Create";
5. Double-click on the newly created VFX in the Project window;
6. Select the "Attribute" tab on the blackboard;
7. Click "+" -> Attribute ->Float;
8. Click "+" -> Attribute ->Vector2;
9. Click "+" -> Attribute ->Vector3;
10. Verify, that all three attributes are added in the "Custom Attributes" section;
11. Hover the mouse on the first one and make right-click, select "Delete";
12. Observe that the attribute becomes deleted;
13. Hover the mouse on the next attribute on the list;
14. Try to delete it again;
15. Observe the result.

Expected result:  Attribute should be deleted.

Actual result: Attribute is not deleted. Added video in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a7, 2023.3.0a8.

Not reproducible: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.1.16f1, 2023.2.0b12, 2023.3.0a6.
