How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Navigate to Edit > Preferences... > Scene View
3. Observe the option for "Refresh the Scene view only when the Edito-"

Expected result: The user should be able to see the whole name of the option "Refresh the Scene View only when the Editor is focused" ("Scene View" words should also both start with a capital)

Note: There is also a discrepancy in the Tooltips for other options. These Tooltips don't have dots at the end. To use dots at the end of Tooltip descriptions seems to be the norm among other types of Preferences.

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a2, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0a1
