"Assembly-CSharp.dll" Assembly is missing from a Script when a project contains Assembly Definitions and they are placed in a different folders from the Script

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Observe the Console Window

Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “error CS0103: The name 'thrts3' does not exist in the current context“ error is thrown

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a13, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.2.0a12, 2023.2.0b8, 2023.3.0a4
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a11

Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.5, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: Could not test other environments

Notes:

• The issue is not reproducible if one of the Assembly Definitions is deleted
• The issue is not visible if the “DebugTarget.cs“ Script is moved out of the “thrts3” folder
