The "Show Tutorial Window" button does nothing when clicked

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D sample template
2. Close the Tutorial window if it's opened
3. Open the Tutorial window (Tutorials > Show Tutorial Window)
4. Observe the Editor

Actual results: Nothing happens

Expected results: The Tutorial window is opened

Reproducible with versions: 6.0.2 (6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5)

Not reproducible with versions: 6.0.1 (6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a2)
