Continuous "Renderer at index _ is missing for camera _" warnings when opening sample scene

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Universal 3D project.
2. Open Window > Package Manager > Universal RP.
3. Click "Samples" tab and click "Import" next to URP Package Samples.
4. Open the 3DSkybox scene.

Actual results: "Renderer at index {index} is missing for camera {camera name}" warnings appear when the scene is opened. These numbers continue to climb or reappear after clearing the console, although at a slower rate.

Expected results: The warnings do not increase continuously. In 2022.3.28f1, there is only one of each warning, this is much less alarming.

 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.1f1, 2023.3.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 2023.2.20f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2021.3.38f1

Can't test with versions: 2023.3.0a1, unable to install

Tested on (OS): macOS (Intel) 12.7.4
