Game view appears pink in a URP project when Dynamic Resolution and Anti Aliasing (MSAA) is enabled on macOS

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Observe the Game view

Expected result: The Game view is not pink
Actual result: The Game view appears pink

Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.1f1, 2023.3.0a15

Reproducible on: macOS 14.1.1 (M1 Max), macOS 13.5.2 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11

Note:
-Issue reproducible when the camera has Dynamic Resolution enabled, Universal Render Pipeline Asset has “Anti Aliasing (MSAA)” enabled
-Game view does not appear pink if the Upscaling Filter “FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0” is selected
