Steps to reproduce:

Create and open a new URP 3D project
Hold CTRL and select these assets in this order: "Settings" folder -> InputSystem_Actions
Lastly, hold CTRL and double-click "Readme" to select and unselect the asset
Observe the Editor

Actual results: The "Assets/Settings" folder contents are displayed along the contents of the "Assets" folder, and the Input Actions Editor window opens

Expected results: Only the "Readme" asset is selected and then deselected, and other assets are not opened

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a10, 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.5f1, 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a3

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Notes:

The double-clicked item does get deselected after double-clicking
