Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Graph Toolkit window
3. Add a Node with Ports and two Variables to the graph
4. Connect both Variables to a Node
5. Click on the Node to select it
6. Right-click on one of the Variables and select “Disconnect All Wires”
7. Observe which wires got disconnected
8. Undo changes and repeat step 6-7 with another Variable
Actual result: Different amount of wires get disconnected
Expected result: Same amount of wires get disconnected
Reproducible with: 6000.4.8f1, 6000.4.10f1, 6000.5.0b11, 6000.6.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.4.7f1
Couldn’t reproduce with: 6000.0.76f1, 6000.3.16f1 (Due to Graph Toolkit errors)
Reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.4 (M4)
Note: Repeat steps 6-8 a few times if issue doesn't reproduce immediately
