Helpbox in the Asset Pipeline tab of the Preferences window does not meet the new 6.5 helbox UI standards

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Preferences window (Unity > Settings)
3. Open the "Asset Pipeline" tab in the Preferences window
4. Observe the helpbox under Directy Monitoring

Actual results: The helpbox does not meet the 6.5 helpbox standard, the icon is too big and not positioned properly

Expected results: The helpbox meets the 6.5 helpbox standard, the icon is smaller and positioned top left

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a6

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7 (due to different helpbox standards)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.2, Ubuntu 24.04
