Steps to reproduce:

Open Unity
Try to drag around and dock any window

Actual result: Docking preview is showing incorrect scaling and doesn't snap to the edges correctly. Dock position is set incorrectly after dropping the window.

Expected result: Docking preview and docking itself should be working correctly.

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2022.2b15, 2021.3.14f1, 2020.3.41f1

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
