Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 2D Template
2. Open Light Explorer window and dock it next to Game tab
3. Select Global Light 2D GameObject in Hierarchy
4. Change Global Light 2D Light Type in Inspector
5. Observe Light Type changing in Inspector and Light Explorer
6. Change Light Type in Light Explorer
7. Observe the Light Explorer window
Actual results: Light Type cannot be changed in the Light Explorer window if it was previously changed in the Inspector. The dropdown reverts back to the Light Type currently selected in the Inspector instead of applying the new selection
Expected results: Light Type should be changeable in the Light Explorer window regardless of whether it was previously changed in the Inspector. The dropdown should not revert to the Inspector value when a new selection is made in Light Explorer
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a8 (d36222f39966), 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.4.5.f1, 6000.5.0a7 (0841031ff752)
