“See What’s New” lacks scrollbar in docked window views

The "See What's New" window that contained this scrollbar has been removed from the product. This issue is no longer reproducible in current versions.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a Unity project
Click the "AI" button
Click "Agree and install Unity AI"
Wait until the installation is complete
Click "AI" and select "See what's new"
Click "Asset Generation"
Dock it next to the "Game" view
Resize so that not all the data would be visible
Observe the UI

Actual results: Scrollbar is not displayed

Expected results: Scrollbar should be displayed

Reproducible with versions: 1.7.0-pre.1(6000.5.0a8)

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.3
