Fixed inspector flicker when using Deferred renderer with renderer features requiring rendering layers
The inspector no longer flickers when using Deferred and a renderer feature using rendering layers
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “RenderFeatureIssue.zip“
2. Open Scene “SampleScene“
3. Open the Game view and Scene View windows side-by-side
Expected result: There is no flickering in the Scene view
Actual result: The top of the Scene view is flickering
