Unity 6000.2 has reached its end of life and will not receive further updates. If you need additional fixes, please upgrade to a newer Unity version.
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP or URP project
2. Install the Shader Graph “UGUI Shaders” sample (Package Manager > Shader Graph > Samples)
3. Open the “UISampleScene“ (Assets > Samples > Shader Graph > Shader Graph version > UGUI Shaders > Scenes > UISampleScene)
4. Enter Play mode
5. With the mouse, click on the “Welcome” tab
6. Use the arrow keys to move through tabs
7. Select the “Meters” tab by pressing the space bar or enter key
8. Navigate to the “RectTransform Size” tab using the arrow keys
9. Press the space bar or enter key to select the tab
10. Observe the result
Expected result: The “Meters” and “Welcome” tab return to their original color
Actual result: The “Meters” and “Welcome” tab visuals do not update when selecting a new tab
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a7, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4
Couldn’t test with: 2023.3.0a6 (Could not fix namespace errors from downgrading)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
Also reproducible in Player
The “UGUI Shaders” sample is not available in versions below 6000.0.39f1 however, the sample can be installed using a valid version then downgraded
