SVG importer fill errors with large SVG asset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Import the attached "HarvestFestival_BG_00_Night.svg" as a VectorImage
3. Show in UI Builder

Actual results: The asset has tessellation issues. See attached screenshot.

Expected results: No tessellation issues.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3 6000.4 6000.5
