An ArgumentException error is thrown on SubScene import when EntitySceneOptimizations is used with unmanaged systems

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-133217“
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Console

Actual result: An error is thrown in the Console
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console

Reproducible with: 1.2.0 (6000.0.10f1), 1.4.5 (6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.10f1), 6000.4.0b10, 6000.5.0a7

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
