"TextMesh Pro Essential Resources are missing" error after successful import to project that is missing TMP Essentials

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new HDRP project.
• Window > Package Manager > High Definition RP > Samples and import HDRP Material Samples.
  • If you are 22.3 or below, Check Material Samples folder does not have a TextMesh Pro folder. If it does, delete it and restart the project.
• Open Scene "Eye". When prompted, Import TMP Essentials
• Close the TMP Importer window.

Actual results: "TextMesh Pro Essential Resources are missing" error is thrown, right after a successful import message. Error detailed below.
Expected results: No errors.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.15f1, 6000.0.0b11, 2023.3.0a9
Not reproducible with versions: 2023.3.0a8, 2023.2.1f1, 2022.3.37f1, 2021.3.42f1 2021.2.0a1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, MacOS Sonoma 14.4, Win 11

Notes:

• Does not happen on a blank project. Only seems to happen on samples or projects that were built with TMP and imported in a project without it.
• Similar to [Internal link], but was not fixed with its resolution.

TextMesh Pro Essential Resources are missing, which are crucial for proper functionality. To import them, go to 'Window > Text Mesh Pro > Import TMP Essential Resources' in the menu.
