All values are 0 when inspecting Rendering module in Profiler

How to reproduce:

1. Create a URP project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Open the Profiler (Window > Analysis > Profiler)
4. Select "Rendering" row
5. Inspect statistics

Actual results: Every rendering information value is 0
Expected results: Some rendering information is not 0

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0a1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0a5
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.0a5, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.6.0a5

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
