Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Close the “Select MIDI File...“ dialog window
4. Exit the Play mode
5. Create a new C# script
6. If it does not crash repeat from step 2
Expected result: Script is created
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.7f1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.1.0b1
Couldn’t test with: 2022.2.0a1-2022.2.0a8 (”error CS1703: Multiple assemblies with equivalent identity have been imported”)
