Drop Shadow filter display only one shadow when multiple shadow filters are present

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached "IN-145349_UIBuilder" project
2. Open the "repro.uxml" asset inside the Project window
3. In the UI Builder window select the "BASE" VisualElement
4. Inside the Filter section try changing the order of Drop Shadow filters
5. Observe the Viewport

Actual result: Only the last filter from the list is applied
Expected result: All filters in the list should be applied

Reproducible with: 6000.6.0a6, 6000.6.0a7
Could not test with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.18f1, 6000.4.12f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a5 (Drop Shadow is not an option in the filters list)
