The “Add Property” (+) dropdown in the Animation window does not close when clicked a second time

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Open the Animation window
3. Create a GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Create a new Animation Clip so the Animation window UI becomes active
5. Click the Add Property (+) button in the Animation window to open its dropdown menu
6. Click the Add Property (+) button a second time

Actual results: Clicking the "Add Property" button while the menu is open reopens the dropdown

Expected results: Clicking the button while its dropdown menu is actively open closes the menu{}

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a7, 6000.5.0b2

Can’t test with versions: 6000.5.0a6 (due to the Add Property  not being implemented)

Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.7.4 (M1)
