Material properties List in UI Builder window is rendered with artifacts after list items are reordered

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the NewUXMLTemplate asset
3. Select the Button element
4. In the UI Builder's Inspector, expand the Material Section
5. Start re-ordering the Material Property List
6. Observe how List elements are rendered after being reordered

Actual results: Some property list elements become blank and receive. Some elements also receive a blue selection highlighter that is stuck.

Expected results: Material Property list items are rendered without visual artifacts after being reordered. The item selection highlighter also disappears if the item is deselected

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.66f2, 6000.3.0b8(Material Property overide list not available)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 26.2

Notes:

• If all Material Properties are removed from the list and then one property is re-added - item will be rendered in blank with a stuck selection highlighter
