Copy Path in the Editor doesn't copy the full path

By design all Copy path are coping a path related to the project. These paths can be used in other unity workflows (Search and such).

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Project window right-click on the Assets folder and click Copy Path
3. Check the copied path

Expected result: The full path is copied including the place on the local drive
Actual result: The copied path includes only the folder name “Assets”

Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a25
