Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Close the project
3. Create a “Test” directory with a “TestScript.cs” Script somewhere on the machine
4. Through the terminal, go to the project’s “Assets” directory
5. Create a symbolic link from the “Test” directory to project’s “Assets” directory (e.g. ln -s ~/Test Test)
6. Verify a link has been created, and a script is seen (e.g. ls -l Test/)
7. Open the project
8. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: Error “Amount of processed bytes '0' does not match file size '4096'“ is thrown

Not reproducible with: 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.1f1 (55300504c302)
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 25.04, Ubuntu 24.04.2 (user), Ubuntu 22.04
