Focus does not move to the next cell when using the "TAB" key in a Localization Table

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-107209” project
2. Select the “Test” table in the project window (Assets → Test)
3. In the Inspector window select the “Open in Table Editor” button
4. In the Localization Tables window select the “New Entry” input cell
5. Press the “TAB” key
6. Observe the Localization Tables window

Expected result: The focus is moved to the “here” cell in the table
Actual result: Tab character is inserted directly into the selected text field

Reproducible with: 1.5.2(6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.0a1), 1.5.5(6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.13f1, 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3)
